Brasilia Bergen

Pandemic is still hard to beat. A midst of it we managed to celebrate my birthday there. Kl16. 00 was a bit early. I love it because I got the time to see the view of this restaurant without human. I got the style like a rodeo vibe, I spotted skulls (maybe real), the lighting is great, the set up was good. I was caught a surprise when I couldn't find a normal knife 😂silly me ofc I'm gonna used a butcher knife. Moving on, sense it was a buffet and we forgot it what we have told to do. The waitress gave us some kind of two coin shape like. Stop and go thing if you don't flip the card in stop mode the man serving 12 different kinds of meat will definitely keep coming 😂so you have to watch it as to when you flip it. So as of the foods(buffet style) choose whatever u need on your plate. We were stuffed our stomach. It's ashame that we couldn't taste all the 12 meat. Cheers y'all

We turned up the minute they opened. The buffet food was not even warm, was all completely cold. Roasted potatoes completely cold even in the centre. I had some steak and it was just so salty. They cooked it again and the same so not great food at all. The lady that served us though was very friendly and provided good service and apologised many times. She didn't charge for my food even thought I didn't ask so that was a positive.

Very good food, we were welcomed by a host. The staff is friendly and the service is good. We chose the unlimited meat option, with this option they bring the freshly prepared meat to your table. You can get your side dishes at a buffet, and there’s a variety of options. Your waterbottle keeps getting filled up, and drinks are served very quickly.

It's restaurant style, my love of BBQ and the restaurant staff earned this five star from us. Our experience for the first time at Brasillia was fantastic, we tried the NKK 585 (C$80per person) all you can eat 14 type of meat BBQ, ( lamb, sausages, chorizo, chicken, pork, beef...etc.) they are all delicious and lamb and its pork ribs is our favorite. they will give you a card that you can flip over for yes or stop serving (to give you a break on the flow of bbq) if you need serving of meats on your table, the chef will walk around the restaurant bringing skewers of bbq and slices it on your plate. they also have a buffet of side dishes, salads and wonderful sauces to match your BBQ. It was a great experience for us at Bergen, Norway!

We found this place looking for meat on Google…. I can say we enjoyed Brasilia and their way to serve the meat in an all you can eat style. The service is friendly and kind, the meat is really tasty and always served hot. It is a nice show to see people coming at your table with knives ( more blades) to cut your 12 different type of meat. Recommended for meat lovers. Good balance price/quality.

En Wednesday afternoon 4pm, it is full. The meat, special lam and beef are very much soft and fresh. Most of the customers are taking buffet. We also. The salad bar has full of varieties. Please see the pictures.

A fun concept, where you can order "All you can eat" buffet. You serve yourself with all of the delicious side dishes, and then the chefs come to your table and cuts the meat as many times as you wish (as long as you show a green sign). There are many different types of meat and sausages. Today I visited the restaurant for the second time. This time we were served in a superb manner and were never waiting for anything. You need to book a table in advance and it is usually very popular. You keep the table for 2 hours. A great experience!

Really great beef - would highly recommend! Don’t be put off by the strange entrance, you can do nearly walk past it but make sure to go up the stairs to the first floor. The service was brilliant - very attentive and fun. The only improvements I’d suggest would be the sides, which are in buffet form and the interior could be a little more cosy. Nonetheless I’d definitely recommend- we were very happy with our food and evening!
